24-hour Cancelation Policy
Missed lessons should be rescheduled within the same week whenever possible. This is referred to as a “make up” lesson.
If you inform us of your need to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, you will not be charged. We will try to reschedule your lesson, or you can simply carry on with your next lesson the following week.
If you do not inform us of your need to cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for the lesson. You may try to schedule another lesson within the same week, but you will be charged for both the missed lesson and the extra lesson.
